A. Overview

Generally
All purchases made through our web shop are subject to this Shop Policy, the Arcola.TV Website/Mobile App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as any other item-specific terms that may be displayed with an applicable purchase.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds if a buyer decides they no longer want an ordered item. 

Size-Related Exchanges
To exchange an item for one of a different size, you will need to reach out to shop@arcola.tv within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs returning the original item to us. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and/or in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send pictures and a detailed description of the issue to shop@arcola.tv within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll follow up promptly to address the issue.

Items Lost In Transit
If you believe your item has been lost in transit, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to submit a claim. Please reach out to shop@arcola.tv and we’ll follow up right away to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, downloadable items,  items purchased on sale, and items containing flammable liquids or gasses. Please reach out to shop@arcola.tv with any questions about non-returnable items.

Payment Matters
When you purchase items additional terms may apply to such transactions if they are displayed as part of the purchase check out process.  You agree that you will promptly pay for purchases made by you in accordance with the applicable payment terms for such subscriptions or other purchases.  

Information Errors
Although we strive to maintain the accuracy of information, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur.  In the event that a product or service that is made available by us  is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any such product or service that is based on such incorrect price or information.  

Service and Delivery Schedules
Applicable service or delivery schedules, if any, noted for products and services offered through the Platform are estimated indications of service or delivery dates unless otherwise expressly agreed by us in a written confirmation concerning an applicable order.

Discontinued Items
The Company reserves the right to discontinue offering any particular service or product made available through the Platform and at any time, with or without notice.
